Was a member of the Board of Studies for Computer Science at Osmania University and Regional Engineering College, Warangal.

Was a member of the study group constituted by Planning Commission, Govt of India for Computers and Automation under the 7th Five Year Plan.

Was Chairman and Invited Speaker at many annual conventions of Computer Society of India.

Recipient of Distinguished Alumnus Award from Regional Engineering College in the year 2002.
